Advisory
With you in the thick of real change.
Retained access to our partners for chief executives, boards and executive teams.
What it is
Retained advisory gives you direct access to our partners: one number to call when the decision is hard, the timing is tight or you want an experienced outside view in the room. We help you think it through, then help you carry it out.
Because we stay, the advice improves. Each month we know your business, your people and your pressures better, so the thinking gets sharper and faster.
Who it suits
The higher you go, the fewer people you can think out loud with. This suits chief executives, boards and executive teams working through a demanding period: a restructure, an acquisition, a new mandate, a top team that has to lift. Leaders who want seasoned judgement beside them for the whole stretch.
How it works
A monthly retainer, scoped to your situation. It covers direct access to our partners, regular working sessions with your key people, and steady support between sessions to keep strategy moving into action. Terms are simple and reviewed quarterly.
A retainer month includes
- Direct access to our partners by phone and message, with same-day answers.
- A half-day working session with you or your leadership team.
- Calls and reviews between sessions: board papers, announcements, contracts, hires, difficult conversations.
- Introductions from our network when you need the right person quickly.
- A quarterly review of the terms and of how the retainer is working.
- Complete confidentiality.

The technology company that ran on paper
They sold technology for a living and processed every order by hand. A field note on an ERP rollout that was flagging by the time we arrived, and why the fix started with stepping back.
